Refunds and Returns Policy

At Bumma, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our processes.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • You have 30 days after your order to request a return
  • Be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Due to hygiene considerations, bidet products that have been installed on a toilet cannot be returned. We recommend checking measurements carefully before installation.

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Used or opened bidets and bathroom sprays and scents.

  • Discounted items or final sales.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@bumma.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@bumma.com.au. Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can evaluate and rectify the issue. Be sure to inspect your product before installation, as we are unable to accept installed product returns.
