2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- You have 30 days after your order to request a return
- Be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Due to hygiene considerations, bidet products that have been installed on a toilet cannot be returned. We recommend checking measurements carefully before installation.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Used or opened bidets and bathroom sprays and scents.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Ship the item back to us using a trackable service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can evaluate and rectify the issue. Be sure to inspect your product before installation, as we are unable to accept installed product returns.
